Apply Lip Liner (Optional): To define your lips and prevent feathering, consider using a lip liner that matches your lipstick shade. Outline your lips carefully, then fill them in slightly with the liner.
Apply the Non-Transfer Lipstick: Twist or open the lipstick tube and apply the color to your lips directly from the bullet. Start from the center of your lips and move outward toward the corners. Use gentle, even strokes for a smooth application.
Blot and Set: After applying the first layer, blot your lips gently with a tissue to remove any excess product. This helps to set the color and reduce the chance of transfer.
Avoid Touching Lips Together: Once applied, avoid pressing your lips together repeatedly for the first few minutes to allow the lipstick to set properly.
